SBU-Construction Holding Company was formed in June 30, 2006, for participation in the national project “Affordable and Comfortable Housing for the Citizens of Russia”. Soon the company took over management of the construction and refurbishment of all SBU companies and enterprises.

SBU-Construction conducts its business according to the license, i.e. “Construction of Buildings and Facilities of the First and Second Levels of Accountability”.

Within SBU-Construction structure are defined: “Krapivin – Avtodor Company”, Design Institute “Kuzbasskommunproekt”, “Basalt-Ecology Company”, “Chernighovskiy Basalt Company”, “Mazurovskiy Brick Factory”, “SBU-Zhilservis Company”, “Kemerovo DSK Company”.

SBU-Construction built and put into operation a modern concrete-cement plant in November 2007, which allowed the construction of its own building areas and external agencies to be provided with high-quality concrete and cement.

SBU-Construction within a short term period became one of the leading participants in the construction sector in Kuzbass Region. The company specializes in various construction stages: from design estimates documentation phases to production of construction materials and to services for residential houses.

From the direct involvement of SBU-Construction were built a rather famous Siberian Ski Resort “Tanai”, the Railcar Repair Plant in the Irkutsk Region, as well as the Boarding House “Kabardinka” and the Children’s Recreation Center “Bear Cub” in the Krasnodar Region in the Black Sea, the Railcar Repair Plant in Prokopyevsk in the Kemerovo Region, the Tennis Centre, the Regional Rural Market, Children’s Daycare Preschool Centers in Kemerovo, and other facilities on the Kuzbass territory.

SBU-Construction functions as a customer for the construction of rural markets in Kemerovo, Prokopyevsk, Novokuznetsk, and Kisselevsk. The company was also happy to add to this list building a Volleyball Sports Center “Arena” for 2 000 spectators in Kemerovo in Jannuary, 2011.

In 2006-2009 SBU-Construction completed a comprehensive development improvement in Districts № 11 and № 11A in Kemerovo, i.e. residential housing estates “The Rainbow”, which includes 905 apartments (54,800 square m), and “The Right-Bank District”, which includes 982 apartments (57,500 square m).

In 2010 SBU-Construction began to develop a residential housing estate “The Youth” located in District № 13 in Kemerovo. It is planned to be build there 2,000 apartments. SBU-Construction also continues to build block houses in Administrative Sections No.7-B and No.12/1 of Kemerovo Central District. The company is completing construction of “The Little Italy”. It is a 105 cottage village in Kemerovo suburb. It is also building residential housing estates in the cities of Prokopievsk and Berezovskiy, Kemerovo Region.
