SBU-Finance Holding Company is a construction investor of residential housing estates, complexes, and towns in Kemerovo Region. SBU-Finance was founded in December, 2005, to meet the challenges and implement the national project “Affordable and Comfortable Housing — to Russian Citizens”.

SBU-Finance investments in housing construction development were estimated at $ 225,75 Million in 2006-2010, a total of 178,000 square meters were sold.

The first residential housing estate “The Rainbow” was built in Rudnichniy District of Kemerovo. Six block houses consisted of 905 apartments (54.8 thousand square meters), a car park facility with 49 car spots, a kindergarten, commercial offices in the block houses on the ground floors and a freestanding shopping center are included in the new district’s infrastructure.

SBU-Finance investments in the engineering infrastructure consisted of improvements of Rudnichniy District (new heat, electricity, water supply and sanitation capacity implementation) have allowed building of the residential housing estate “The Right-Bank District”, i.e. six block houses with 982 apartments (57,5 thousand square meters), near residential estate “The Rainbow”. A part of the area was set aside for a kindergarten, commercial office spaces. In addition, a stand-alone grocery store was built.

The first residential estate “Kemerovo-City” in the Central District was completed in 2009. In whole, it is expected to have 26 block houses (300,000 sq m), a kindergarten, a school and other social infrastructure facilities on Pritomskiy Avenue.

SBU-Finance is also an investor in residential housing estate construction of “The Golden Domes” (Kemerovo Central District, 267,900 sq m), “The Youth” (Rudnichniy District, 113,000 sq m) and a residential estate “The Sloboda” (FPK, 7.011,000 sq m).

Construction of “The Little Italy” cottage village will be completed soon in Kemerovo suburbs (105 houses ranging from 104 to 750 sq m, with 9-27 hectare ground areas).

SBU-Finance has a flexible marketing policy, offering customers the price, payment terms, apartment square footage, and an area of residence choices. Due to a mutually advantageous cooperation with SBU-Construction Holding, SBU-Finance was able to become one of the real estate market leaders of the Kemerovo Region in a short period of time.
